A CRM built around how your shop actually works

Pipeline tracking, multi-vendor pricing requests, proposal and invoice generation, and a real dashboard — built once around your process, not a generic template you have to bend to fit. You own it. No monthly software fee.

See it in action

Watch it running, not just screenshots.

Pipeline by stage, a multi-vendor pricing request going out in one click, proposals and invoices generated from the same screen. Shown here on a demo account for a fictional company, Coast Window — the workflow is real, the job data isn't.

What's included

Everything from first lead to paid invoice.

Pipeline, sheet or board

Every opportunity tracked by stage — lead, awaiting pricing, proposal sent, accepted, invoiced — with inline editing that saves as you type. Switch between a spreadsheet view and a kanban board.

Multi-vendor pricing requests

Pick which suppliers to request pricing from, and it drafts one consistent quote request to every vendor — so the prices you get back actually describe the same job, not four different guesses.

Proposal & invoice generation

One click from any opportunity's record — no separate document tool, no copy-pasting numbers between systems.

A real dashboard

Open pipeline value, win rate, average job size, where your work actually comes from, your biggest customers — the numbers you'd otherwise have to build a spreadsheet to see.

Activity timeline

Gate codes, who to ask for, what was said on the last call — the stuff that normally only lives in one person's head, attached to the job itself.

Command search

Jump to any opportunity or account instantly instead of scrolling a list — built for someone juggling forty open jobs at once.

Pricing

Built once. You own it — not a seat you rent.

Comparable trade-focused job/CRM software typically runs $100–500 a month, indefinitely. We build yours instead as a one-time, flat-fee project — priced off what your process actually needs, the same way the rest of the build is. No monthly number stacking up forever: once it's paid for, every dollar after that is savings, not rent.

One honest note: "no monthly software fee" isn't the same as "no cost to run it." A live, hosted tool has real hosting costs, so we're upfront about a small at-cost hosting & updates fee — not a software markup, and often foldable into an existing managed plan if you already have one with us.
